Cancel/Late and No Show Policy:
Credit Cards are required to book all appointments.
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests,
We require 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with us.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice,
a $25 per service cancelled fee applies.
A no show is charged full service price.
We will do our best to work with you for emergencies.
We do understand that unexpected situations and certain scheduling mishaps are unavoidable and accidental.
Service Redo and Retail Exchange Policy:
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.
If you are having challenges with your cut or color,
let us know via email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue. During your redo appointment, we will specifically target the area of your concern in order to provide what was originally agreed upon during our initial consultation. If what you want to address is something different than what was originally agreed upon during the initial consult, it is considered a new service and not a redo since the original requested service was rendered. An additional service fee will apply.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with,
We will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase.
